Importing data into the system master database does not automatically update parts already placed inside an ongoing project. To push library updates to your active sheets: Click Utilities > Parts > Synchronize current project .
The downloaded library was built on a newer version of EPLAN (e.g., EPLAN 2024) than your running platform (e.g., EPLAN v2.9).
If you are downloading straight from the cloud interface within EPLAN: Open the Data Portal window inside your EPLAN workspace.
