Webroot Activation Page

If you purchase a new subscription plan or upgrade your existing security suite, you do not need to reinstall the software. You can simply update the keycode. Open the interface on your computer. Click the Gear Icon next to My Account . Locate the field labeled Activate a New Keycode . Paste your new 20-character code into the box.

Once you've successfully activated Webroot, it's wise to manage your account to avoid future problems.

Once your key is verified and you are logged in, Webroot will download its full virus definitions and install the software. After installation, it will automatically run a “Quick Scan” to check for active threats. Allow this scan to complete.

Check the confirmation email sent by Webroot or your retailer.

Visit the official Webroot download page and download the wsainstall.exe file.

Your online Webroot account is your central hub for managing your subscription. By logging in at the official Webroot website, you can view key details such as your license type (e.g., 1-device, 3-device), the expiration date of your subscription, and your activation keycode.

Choose to customize desktop shortcuts or shield configurations, or click Agree and Install .

Sometimes, the activation process hits a snag. Here are the most common errors and how to resolve them. "Invalid Keycode" Error

Your local firewall, router, or Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking Webroot's cloud validation servers.

Go to the official webroot.com/safe site. Download the appropriate file for your OS and launch the installer. 2. Enter Your Keycode

Once activation is complete, you should verify that everything is working correctly:
